Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and store your data.

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains what personal data Bekas Logistic (the "Company", "we") collects on bekaslogistics.com.ua (the "Site"), why we process it, whom we share it with and how we protect it. Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for visitors from the EU, with regard to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Site and submitting a request, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact details from the request form: phone number (required) and — optionally — your name, email, preferred messenger, the selected service and the message text.
  • Request-source data: the page the form was sent from, the chosen interface language and campaign UTM tags (source, medium, campaign).
  • Anonymised visit statistics (device type, browser, approximate region) — only with your consent to analytics cookies.
  • Enquiry data: if you email or message us, we keep the correspondence to handle your request.

We do not store your IP address or browser identifier (user-agent) through the Site's form. We also do not collect payment details, identity-document data, health data or other sensitive categories.

3. How we collect data

  • Directly from you — when you fill in the request form, call, email or message us.
  • Automatically — via cookies and web-analytics tools (necessary cookies without consent; analytics cookies with consent).

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data only where we have a legal basis. Each purpose has its own basis:

  • Handling your request and providing services — basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and performance of a contract.
  • Contacting you about your request, quote and support — basis: our legitimate interest in responding (and, for marketing messages, your separate consent).
  • Web analytics and Site improvement (anonymised) — basis: your consent to analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Legal compliance (tax, accounting) — basis: legal obligation.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We engage only a limited set of trusted providers who process data solely on our instructions and only as needed for their function:

  • instant-notification service (Telegram) — to pass the content of your request to a manager for fast handling;
  • email delivery service (Resend) — to send an internal notification about a new request;
  • web-analytics service (Google Analytics) — in anonymised form, only with your consent to analytics cookies;
  • anti-spam service (Cloudflare Turnstile) — to tell a human from a bot when the form is submitted;
  • public authorities — where expressly required by law.

6. International data transfer

Some services (e.g. the notification messenger or web analytics) may process data on servers outside Ukraine. In that case the transfer is based on your consent and the appropriate safeguards required by law.

7. Data retention

Request data is kept for as long as necessary to work with the client and to meet legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Anonymised analytics is retained according to the relevant service's settings. You may ask us to delete your data earlier (see "Your rights").

8. Your rights

Under applicable law you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
  • receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (right to portability);
  • lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (for EU visitors — with your local supervisory authority).

How to exercise your rights. Email bekaslogistics@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise. To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by confirming the phone number the request was sent from). We respond without undue delay — normally within 30 days; for complex or numerous requests this period may be reasonably extended, and we will let you know.

9. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses:

  • necessary cookies — for basic operation (remembering the colour theme and your choice in the consent banner); these do not require consent;
  • analytics cookies — to understand which pages are useful; they are enabled only after your consent in the banner and can be declined.

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of the page, or delete cookies in your browser settings. A full list of the cookies and other technologies we use is in the separate Cookie Policy.

10. Data security

We apply organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration (access controls, a secure connection). However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us to have it removed.
